Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. will start tomorrow, May 27, the e-voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 31, the company announced in a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives to allow shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda via Tadawulaty system, as part of the government’s preventive measuresto stop the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on approving the board and auditor reports as well as the financial statements for 2021 at the OGM, Argaam reported.
