Saudi Real Estate Co.'s (Al Akaria) rights issue trading and subscription to new shares will start on May 30, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today.
The rights issue trading will end on June 6, while subscription to the new shares will end on June 9, Tadawul added.
The company's shareholders approved on May 18 increasing capital from SAR 2.4 billion to SAR 3.75 billion through a SAR 1.593 billion rights issue, according to Argaam's data.
