Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on a biannual or quarterly basis for 2022.
They also approved on the business and contracts that took place between Banan Real Estate and International for Hospitality Services Co., in which Chairman Abdul Mohsen Abdul Aziz Al-Haqbani has an indirect interest.
