Elm Co. received, on May 31, a notification of award for a project worth SAR 206.74 million, including value-added tax (VAT), from the Ministry of Interior, according to a bourse filing.
The project pertains to installing vehicle security systems and field inspection gates.
The company will announce any future developments in this regard, especially the date of signing and the relevant financial impact, after signing the contract.
The project award does not entail any legal or financial obligations, the statement noted.
Raed bin Ahmed, board Chairman and Abdullah Alrabeah, board member, are related parties with indirect interests.
