Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) shareholders will vote on the board and auditor’s reports as well as financial statements for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 22, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also appoint a new auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.
In addition, they will vote on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy as well as competition standards.
Shareholders can start e-voting on June 18 via Tadawulaty system, the statement added.
