Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. signed a three-year bancassurance agreement with Saudi National Bank on June 1, according to a bourse statement.
The agreement value and financial impact cannot be determined precisely due to the variation in the value of the monthly insurance applications received by the bank, the insurer said.
The financial impact of the agreement is expected to reflect on company's financial performance, starting from the second half of 2022.
There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement noted.
