Gas Distribution shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda on June 6

Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s (NGDC) shareholders will start, on June 6, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 8, according to a bourse statement.

Shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.50 per share, for 2021.
