Shareholders of Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as the audit and board reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for June 26.
In a bourse statement, the company said shareholders will vote on absolving board members of liability for the same period, and the board remuneration policy.
Other agenda items include voting on Salama’s amended corporate governance policy and audit committee charter.
Shareholders will participate and vote on the agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of June 23.
