Shareholders of AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co. will vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 30.
The shareholders will also vote on appointing an external auditor to review the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Other agenda items include voting on the contracts and transactions that will be concluded between the company and other related parties, including Bank AlJazira, AlJazira Capital, and Solidarity Holding Co.
The meeting will be held online. The shareholders can start voting remotely on the agenda items from June 26.
