Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s shareholders gave the go-ahead for appointing an external auditor and setting their fees, during the ordinary general meeting held on June 9, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, and Q1 2023.
Shareholders also approved the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021, and discharged board members from liability for the same year.
They also approved the business contracts concluded with related parties.
