Development Works Food will start today, June 13, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 16, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through the Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Shareholders will vote on raising the number of the audit committee seats to four from three along with other matters.
