Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) shareholders approved the audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting held on June 12.
They also approved discharging board members from liabilities for 2021 and appointed an external auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2022, and Q1 2023.
