Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors approved the appointment of Youssef Al-Qafari (independent member) to the board to occupy a vacant seat and complete the current term ending on May 30, 2025.
Al-Qafari has nearly 30 years of experience in joint stock companies, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board’s decision is not final and the appointment will be presented at the next general assembly meeting for approval, the statement noted.
