Bawan Co.’s board of directors appointed Mohammed Al Balawi as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.
Al Balawi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and administrative sciences with a specialization in accounting, a postgraduate diploma in business administration, and a master’s degree in business administration from City University of London.
His practical and administrative experience exceeds 20 years in the fields of investment, business development, strategic planning, team management, financial management, accounting and auditing, the statement added.
Al Balawi joined Bawan in 2011 as the CFO and worked on the company’s IPO file for its listing on Tadawul.
