Almunajem Foods Co. signed today, June 14, a SAR 200 million Sharia-compliant financing agreement with Al Rajhi Bank.
The finance term is 12 months and is guaranteed by a promissory note, Almunajem said in a statement to Tadawul.
The facility will be used to finance the working capital requirements.
There are no related parties to the agreement, the company added.
