Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) board of directors announced that Abdullah Al Mehthel, a non-executive board member, submitted his resignation, effective June 15, according to a bourse filing.
Al Mehthel was a representative of the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC).
Another board member will be nominated, as per SALIC’s June 15 letter, the statement noted.
