Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) board of directors reappointed on June 22 Abdullah Al Moaibed as Chairman and Sulaiman Al-Qadi as Vice Chairman for the three-year term starting June 15, 2022, according to a bourse statement.
The board also formed the nominations and remuneration committee, including Tariq Al-Tamimi, Abdullah Al Moaibed, and Othman Al-Humaidan.
Moreover, Al-Humaidan and Alaa Al-Sheikh were appointed as the company’s representatives to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and Capital Market Authority (CMA). Diaa Shehata was also named secretary of the board of directors and committees.
The board also approved forming the audit committee for the same term. The committee members are Al-Qadi, Abdulaziz Alnaim and Aziz Al-Qahtani.
