The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 23.
Shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital to SAR 1.6 billion from SAR 1.2 billion through a 33.3% bonus issue, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 20.
