The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, June 23, the subscribed securities of Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse filing.
Al Akaria recently offered 135 million rights issue, at SAR 11.80 per share, with a total value of SAR 1.593 billion to increase its capital from SAR 2.4 billion to SAR 3.75 billion, Argaam reported.
The rights issue was 94.27% covered, with subscription to 127.26 million shares out of 135 million. The rump offering was 1,238% oversubscribed.
