Saudi Ground Services Co.’s (SGS) shareholders approved the board and auditor’s reports as well as the financial statements for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 22, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders also discharged the board members from liability for 2021 and appointed a new auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.
Additionally, they ratified business contracts inked between SGS and other entities.
