Alujain Holding Corp. announced the completion of the procedures pertaining to changing its name in the company’s Articles of Association and commercial register, according to a bourse filing.
The company will be rebranded into Alujain Corporation.
The step followed the approval of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
In May, shareholders approved amending Article No. 2 of the Articles of Association as regards the company’s name, Argaam reported.
