Al-Hasoob Trading Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends to shareholders on a semi-annual basis for 2022, during an ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 23.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the shareholders also appointed auditors and set their fees. The auditors will review financial statements for Q2 and 2022.
Meanwhile, the shareholders also approved the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021.
