Thimar Development Holding Co. said that Abdulaziz Al-Rashidi tendered his resignation as an audit committee member on May 31, due to personal reasons.
The resignation came into effect on May 31.
The board of directors accepted the resignation on June 23, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The audit committee appointed Waleed Al-Showair to replace Al-Rashidi.
The new appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.
