Najran Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on the election of new board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Aug. 9, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for July 17, according to a bourse filing.
They will also vote on the formation of a new audit committee for the same three-year term.
The nominees are Waleed Bamarouf and Waleed Rahman Al Mousa (non-executive members), as well as Abdulelah Al Haroura, and Nabeih Al Jehani (non-board members).
Shareholders can start e-voting on the agenda items as of July 13 through Tadawulaty website.
