Future Care Trading Co. issued today, June 26, the registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu-Parallel Market, said Marifa Capital, financial advisor on the company’s potential initial public offering (IPO).
On June 7, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Future Care’s application to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu, according to data available with Argaam.
Trading these shares will be limited to qualified investors.
Established in 2016, the Jeddah-based company mainly operates in providing home healthcare and laboratory services.

During that period, investors can place buy/sell orders, after which the trading system defines the fair price at which orders are executed after being matched during the auction period. The execution price will be the opening price, with a 30% daily fluctuation ratio. The price guidance is considered a reference only for the fair market value, which is the debut price for the first day only. |
