Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) announced, in a bourse filing, that a total of SAR 18.1 million will be distributed today, June 30, as compensation to rights issue owners who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to the new shares.
The amount will be deposited in the bank accounts of eligible investors.
In May, shareholders approved increasing capital from SAR 2.4 billion to SAR 3.75 billion through a SAR 1.593 billion rights issue, according to data available with Argaam.
