Shareholders of AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co. ratified the company’s financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30.
The shareholders reappointed Crowe Global/AlAzem & AlSudairy CPA's, KPMG Al Fozan and Partners as external auditors to review the company’s financials for Q2, Q3 and 2022 and Q1 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
They also green-lighted the contracts and transactions that will be concluded between the company and other related parties, including Bank AlJazira, AlJazira Capital, and Solidarity Holding Co.
