Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology’s board of directors approved by circulation, on July 3, the request of Impact Finance Private Equity Fund - Information Technology and E-Commerce Sector for changing its representative on the company’s board through appointing Abdullah Al-Romaih (non-executive) from July 3.
Al-Romaih will replace Abdulwahab Al Betairi (non-executive), Jahez said in a bourse statement.
The new representative has over 19 years of business experience in investment management, industrial and ecommerce. He is the founder and Chairman of the board of directors of Sanar Telemedicine Co., and Single View Co.
He is also a member of the board of directors of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON). In addition to membership in the boards of several other companies. Al-Romaih is also the CEO of Jazeera Paints, the statement added.
Meanwhile, Al-Romaih founded Flyin.com and served as the Chairman of the board of directors from 2008 until 2018.
The board approval may not be deemed final and the appointment will be submitted for the first general assembly meeting for approval, the company indicated.
