Zain KSA names new audit committee member

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia’s (Zain KSA) board of directors accepted the resignation of an audit committee member, Georges Schorderet, on personal grounds, effective July 6.

 

Saud Al-Bawardi, an independent board member, was named his replacement, the telco said in a bourse filing today, June 13.

 

The appointment is pending approval of the general assembly meeting.
