Lazurde Company for Jewelry amended the distribution date for 2021 dividend to July 28.
This came due to technical reasons related to updating and reviewing shareholders’ bank data, the company said in a bourse filing.
In June, Lazurde’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a SAR 14.38 million cash dividend at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 per share, for 2021, to be paid starting July 6, according to data compiled by Argaam.
