Alandalus Property Co.’s office bulding
Alandalus Property Co.'s board of directors approved today, July 18, the resignation of Hathal Al-Otaibi from his CEO and board member positions in the company due to personal reasons.
The resignation is effective from Aug. 31, according to a bourse filing.
The company shall announce the appointment of a new CEO in due course.
Al-Otaibi served as Alandalus Property’s CEO since Feb. 25, succeeding Aiman Al Mudaifer, who also resigned from his post for personal reasons.
