Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. completed today, July 28, depositing around SAR 112,255 proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse statement.
The company sold 7,850 shares at an average price of SAR 14.3 each.
In April, the company's shareholders approved increasing the company’s capital by 12.5% to SAR 450 million from SAR 400 million through a one-for-eight bonus issue, according to data compiled by Argaam.
