Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) board of directors approved, on Aug. 6, the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bedor Alrashoudi from Nov. 1, due to personal reasons.
Alrashoudi will, however, continue to hold her board membership, the company said in a bourse filing today, Aug. 7.
The company will announce any development on the appointment of the CEO in due course.
