Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on electing board members for five vacant seats during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) slated for Aug. 29, according to a bourse filing.
The board members will be elected for the term ending on June 15, 2023, the company added.
Shareholders can begin e-voting on the agenda items via Tadawulaty website as of Aug. 25.
