Sadr Logistics Co. announced that it signed, on Aug. 13, a supply and logistics contract worth SAR 30 million with Saudi Assda Trading Co., within the framework of cooperation between the two companies, according to a filing to Tadawul.
The one-year contract includes the manufacturing, supplying and importing of timber, as well as providing the necessary logistic services.
The relevant financial impact will materialize as of the third quarter of 2022. The deal does not have any related parties, the statement added.
The deal comes in light of the efforts to develop the company’s operational sectors and achieve growth in revenues and profits.
