Mohammed Hasan Al Naqool Sons Co. will open on Aug. 16 nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Dec. 15, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.
Interested and eligible shareholders can submit membership requests until Sept. 16, 2022, the statement added.
