Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co.’s (Abo Moati) shareholders will vote on the distribution of cash dividends at SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of capital, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated for Sept. 20, according to a bourse filing.
They will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports, and financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2022.
Other agenda items include the appointment of an external auditor and setting his fees.
