Canadian Medical Center Co.’s shareholders authorized the board to pay an interim cash dividend on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 28, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also approved amending articles of association related to the dividend distribution, the statement added.
