Nayifat Finance Co. shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on Sept. 24, 2025. during the extraordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for Sept. 25, according to a bourse filing.
They will also vote on appointing Yousef Ibrahim Alshaer as a board member, effective as of June 27, to complete the current board term ending on Sept. 24, 2022.
Other agenda items include voting on the formation of the audit committee and setting its remuneration and duties, as well as the Sharia committee for the new term ending on Sept. 24, 2025.
The e-voting on agenda items will start on Sept. 21.
