Saudi Reinsurance Co.’s (Saudi Re) shareholders approved amending articles of association during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Sept. 12, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
They ratified amending articles 15 and 22, related to the company’s management and board meeting quorum, the statement added.
