Nomu-listed Arabian Food & Dairy Factories Co. (FADECO) will start the distribution of a 7.8% cash dividend, at SAR 0.78 per share, for Q2 2022, as of Sept. 26, according to a bourse filing.
Cash dividends will be deposited directly into the accounts of shareholders holding investment portfolios linked to a bank account with a local bank.
On Sept. 1, FADECO board of directors approved raising Q2 2022 cash dividend by SAR 7,800 from SAR 1.092 million (SAR 0.775 a share) to almost SAR 1.1 million (SAR 0.78 a share).
