A Nahdi Medical Co.’s clinic
Nahdi Medical Co.’s shareholders approved the business contract inked with Abdulrahman Abdullah Amer Al-Nahdi, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sept. 19, 2022, according to a bourse filing.
The contract, valued at SAR 250,000 per annum, stipulated providing real estate services to Nahdi, starting from July 1, 2022 for a year.
Abdullah Amer Al-Nahdi has an indirect interest to the deal.
