Agreement signing
The National Housing Co. (NHC) signed nine agreements totalling SAR 2 billion with a number of national strategic partners, the state-owned Saudi Press Agency reported.
The agreements with national partners aim to provide project management services, engineering supervision, design work implementation, housing unit construction, and evaluation services.
They also aim at managing the printing environment and control consumption, ensuring the quality of infrastructure, and improving operational sustainability and project development.
Last week, NHC signed an agreement to finance and develop a portfolio of projects worth more than SAR 40 billion. NHC will build more than 150,000 housing units in 11 cities across Saudi Arabia.
