Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) will open today, Oct. 2, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for two vacant seats for the current three-year term ending May 10, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.
Interested and eligible shareholders can submit membership requests until Oct. 31, 2022, the statement added.
