Nayifat Finance Co. obtained the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) today, Oct. 5, on appointing Bandar AlBaiz as Managing Director and CEO, the company said in a bourse statement.
The decision is effective Oct. 16, 2022.
On Sept. 26, the board of directors approved electing Saleh Al Omair as Chairman and Abdulmohsen Al-Saleh as Vice Chairman, according to data available with Argaam.
In addition, AlBaiz was elected as Managing Director and CEO.
