Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Al Asmak) board of directors approved on Oct. 5, the resignation of Chairman, Omar Al-Madhi, effective as of today, Oct. 6, according to a bourse filing.
The board also approved the appointment of Abdulrahman Al Owais, a non-executive member, as Chairman, effective Oct. 6.
Al-Madhi was also a non-executive member and a representative of the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Co. (SALIC). Another board member will be nominated to replace him.
