Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board to distribute an interim cash dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, in addition to setting the record and payment dates as per the controls and regulatory procedures issued in accordance with the Companies Law, and in line with the company’s financial position, cash flows as well as investment and expansion plans.
