Shareholders of Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on the formation of an audit committee during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for Nov. 3, according to a bourse filing.
The committee’s three-year term will commence on the OGM date.
The audit committee candidates are Bashar Kayyli and Hassan Al-Zahrani — both are independent members, as well as Hussamuddin Sadagah (non-board member).
They will also vote on amending the corporate governance charter.
Shareholders can e-vote via Tadawulaty starting Oct. 30 until the OGM date.
