Dallah HealthCare Co.’s shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Oct. 21, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 19, according to a bourse filing.
The new board members are Tariq Othman Al-Qasabi, Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah, Mohieddin bin Saleh Kamel, Omar bin Mohammed Kamel, Mohamed Nabil Hefni, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Faqih, Talal Ibrahim Al-Maiman, Abdullah bin Turki Al-Sudairi, and Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Kassim.
Shareholders also ratified the formation of a new audit committee for the same three-year term.
The new audit committee will comprise Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Kassim, Abdullah bin Turki Al-Sudairy, and Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Khulaif.
