Etihad Atheeb signs contracts with 2 govt agencies for SAR 202.1 mln

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) signed a series of contracts with government services and education entities to provide communications and information technology solutions. 

The contracts are worth SAR 202.1 million, including value-added tax (VAT), the telecom services provider said in separate statements to Tadawul. 

The contract with government service agency was signed on July 27, 2022, for a period of 15 months, with a value of SAR 22.38 million.  

The contracts with the educational government entity extend for 36 months, and the total value is SAR 179.68 million.  

They include a contract for SAR 28.15 million signed on June 27; a contract worth SAR 52.99 million signed on June 22; a contract valued at SAR 43.88 million concluded on June 23; and a contract for SAR 54.6 million signed on June 23. 

All contracts' values are inclusive of the VAT, according to the statement.  

The positive financial impact of these contracts reflected on the company’s revenues and financial results starting from Q2 2022 until the end of these contracts, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties.
